Terrence Fine, one of the founding fathers of Imprecise Probability Theory, sadly passed away on January 31, 2021. With a background in Engineering and Philosophy, he devoted his scientific career to analysing alternatives to probability theory in uncertainty modelling and decision making. In addition, he was the PhD supervisor of some renowned researchers in the field. 

Due to the relevance of his contributions to the development of Imprecise Probability Theory, ISIPTA 2023 paid him a well deserved tribute.
